Private Guest Room Options

Six individual air-conditioned hotel-style rooms make up the Officer’s Quarters. Each room has a private full bathroom. Bed linens are provided, towels are not provided. Click on the photos to see the captioned photos of most rooms.

Officer’s Quarters 1st Floor:

• Room #2 - Sleeps up to 7.

  • Room #2 includes use of Room #1 which is a private sitting room adjacent to Room #2.

  • Room #2 has 1 King or 2 Twin XL, 5 cot-size bunked beds.

• Room #3 - Sleeps up to 2.
  1 King or 2 Twin XLs.

• Rooms #1, #2 & #3 can be combined into a large two-bedroom suite with a modified bed configuration.

Officer’s Quarters 2nd Floor:

• Room #4 - Sleeps up to 4.
  2 Twin-over-full bunk beds. Can connect to Room #6.

• Room #5 - Sleeps up to 4.
  2 Twin-over-full bunk beds. Across the hall from Room #7.

• Room #6 - Sleeps up to 4.
  2 Twin-over-full bunk beds. Can connect to Rooms #4 and/or #7.

• Room #7 - Sleeps up to 4.
  1 Twin-over-full bunk bed plus 2 cot-size bunked beds. Across the hall from Room #5 and can connect to Room #6.

• Rooms #4 & #6 can be a lock-off suite.

• Rooms #5 & #7 can be an across-the-hall suite.

Overlook the Elk River in one of our two- or three-bedroom condos - complete with full kitchens, living rooms, and dining areas. Both two-story condos share a waterview porch and are accessible by exterior stairs. These condos can be used separately or combined via an interior lock-off doorway. Linens are provided. Towels are not. You will love the view!

• Captain’s Suite West
  Sleeps up to 8.

  • Bedroom #1 (Queen) and Bedroom #2 (2 Twins) are on the building’s third floor and share a full bathroom with tub/shower

  • Bedroom #3 (4 Cot-sized bunked beds) is open to the 2nd floor living area

  • Living area includes a full bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area on the 2nd floor

• Captain’s Suite Midship
  Sleeps up to 9.

  • Bedroom #1 (Queen + cot-size bed with rails) plus full bathroom with tub/shower is on the second floor

  • Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have a twin over a full bunk bed plus a cot-size bed and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower

  • Living area includes a family room and eat-in kitchen on the 2nd floor

Six individual air-conditioned hotel-style rooms make up the Guest House at Eagle Point - a 12-minute walk or 8-minute drive from Sandy Hill.

Each room has a double bed, private full bathroom, open closet and a small desk and can accommodate one or two guests. Bed linens are provided, towels are not.

All six room in the Guest House are on the ground floor.

Eagle Point is for adult guests only.

The Main House at Eagle Point is a 12-minute walk or 8-minute drive from Sandy Hill. This amazing 5-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom waterfront home has a stunning view of the Elk River. This waterfront home has a total of 11 beds and can sleep up to 12 guests. Bed linens are provided, towels are not. Note that Eagle Point is for adult guests only.

1st Floor

• Bedroom #1 - two twin beds or one “short” king when combined. Private full bathroom en suite.

• Bedroom #2 - two twin beds or one “short” king when combined. Private ADA full bathroom en suite.

• Living room, sun room, powder room, and large dining room with spectacular views of the water.

• Large kitchen. The kitchen is only available to groups that are not being served meals in the Sandy Hill Dining Hall.

2nd Floor

• Bedroom #3 - three twin beds

• Bedroom #4 - two twin beds and one double bed

• Bedroom #5 - one twin bed

• Shared full bathroom
